Bumble Bee/ DeSoto Mine 11/13/05

Jim and I went on a Great ride 11/13/05. We started out off Bumble Bee rd to the south up and over a couple of mountains and streams, then went the back way to Cleator. It was still early so we went about 5 miles E and turned N to go to some mines. They were fenced off but the road continued on over the mountain. This turned out to be #89. It goes to Senator HYW, but we turned R at the sign that said to Desoto Mine. Let me tell you that trail gets your full attention. Lots of steep hill climbs with obstacles, drop offs, and off camber. This is not for the faint of heart. What a blast.
